Quite simply, because you will learn watercolour painting much more quickly than going it alone.
You’ll be taking a different approach, one full of encouragement where you can extend yourself all whilst "enjoying the process" and you’ll get access to a friendly community of painters of all experience levels.
Most classes will include a reference photo, line drawing, supplies list, progress photos, and a copy of the finished painting.
As well as that, I am a qualified and experienced teacher and I understand how people learn.

There are over 170 online classes on Patreon teaching watercolour painting to painters of all types. You’ll find tutorials for beginners, intermediate and advanced students and of all different subjects.

The length of a tutorials vary depending on:
-the topic/subject,
-whether it is a single video or in multiple parts,
-how much detail or instruction is required, or
-if it's for beginners, intermediates or advanced students.
That said, the tutorials can be 1 hour or longer.

I have 2 ways for you to purchase classes and tutorials.
My Patreon site offers a subscription model where you can gain access to all my classes and tutorials for a small monthly cost.
I also offer individual classes, tutorials or bundles priced depending on the content and you’ll have lifetime access to these.

For Patreon subscribers, you'll enjoy uninterrupted access to all my tutorials as long as your subscription is active. You have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
For individual classes, tutorials, and bundles, you’ll get lifetime access.

For the subscription model on Patreon, I’ve created a Patreon Index that includes visual links to each and every tutorial or technique video on Patreon.
For individual classes or bundles you’ll be able to see an index of all available classes and tutorials and view by categories.

You certainly will if you subscribe on Patreon. Whenever you sign up on Patreon, and as long as you are a current paid member you will have access to all existing videos and any new ones that Louise posts.
If you purchase an individual class or tutorial you’ll only have access to that class.

Yes indeed. Louise has done several other tutorials and was part of a Watercolour Art Summit and has classes on Skillshare. See Other Classes

Patreon is very active with patrons/students who comment and support each other regularly.
Additionally we have a “connected” Discord server where patrons are invited to join an even more thriving and vibrant community where Louise will occasionally drop in to say “hi” or answer a question or two.
Purchasers of individual classes will have access to their own community and they can discuss lessons with other students who’ve purchased the same course.

Patreon has recently updated their payment schedule. You’ll be charged for 1 month on the day you join and then the same day every month based on that.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going into your account settings in Patreon and cancelling. No need to contact Patreon or Louise. Click on the link above for instructions on how to do that.

Patreon sometimes has an issue where you can’t log in or change you password. You can only reset your password if you log out first.
