Louise is Co-Owner, Director and Artist at Louise De Masi Pty Ltd. Her responsibilities include creating online tutorials that require painting, research, filming, and voice-over work. She also writes and edits blog posts and other materials related to watercolour art.

Dom De Masi

Business Operations Manager

Dom has an extensive business background with experience in construction, educational product development, project management, and business operations. He’s also married to Louise. Dom focusses on adding content to the website, performing analytics and liaising with sponsors and contributors.

Dom is Co-Owner and Business Operations Manager at Louise De Masi Pty Ltd and manages the Business Operations and behind the scenes activities.

Erin West

Social Media and Communities Manager

Erin West supports the Louise De Masi team through social media management, community engagement and helping connect with students and followers across our online platforms.

Erin is a qualified primary school teacher with leadership experience. Her background in education brings strong communication, organisation and a genuine understanding of how to support and engage learning communities.

She is also a busy mum of two and shares her own teaching journey online through her social media platform, Mrs West.

Leonardo (Leo) De Masi

Chief Distraction Officer

In his role as Chief Distraction Officer, Leo excels at interrupting important work with his playful antics. He mostly prowls around looking for mischief. You may catch glimpses of him in YouTube videos. He holds a degree in feline food criticism and is known for his discerning taste in cat food.
